Ingredients

  • to make the dressing
  • 1/2 cups Bulla Sour Cream
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon or 1 Tbsp cider vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp golden syrup
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • to make the slaw
  • 1 medium fennel bulb, finely shaved
  • 1/2 mini savoy cabbage, finely shaved
  • 1 firm green pear, cored, quartered & thinly sliced
  • 1/2 bunch flat leaf parsley, leaves torn
  • Salt & freshly ground black pepper

White Slaw & Dressing

method

  1. Combine slaw dressing ingredients in a small bowl and whisk to combine.
  2. Place fennel, cabbage, pear and torn parsley leaves in a large serving dish and toss to combine. Pour dressing over, season to taste.
