  • 800g mixed cherry tomatoes
  • balsamic glaze, to drizzle
  • 200g Bulla Cottage Cheese, Original
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
  • freshly ground black pepper & salt flakes
  • extra virgin olive oil, for drizzling

Tomato basil and cottage cheese salad


  1. Slice the mixed cherry tomatoes in half and place on a plate.
  2. Drizzle balsamic glaze over the sliced cherry tomatoes.
  3. Scoop generous amounts of Bulla Cottage Cheese, Original over the cherry tomatoes and sprinkle over the fresh basil leaves.
  4. Add freshly ground black pepper & salt flakes and finish with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
