  • 400g spaghetti
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 shallots, thinly sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely diced
  • 1/2 cup white wine
  • 1 cup chicken stock
  • 300mL Bulla Cooking Cream
  • 1/2 cup flat parsley, roughly chopped
  • 1 Tbsp chives, finely chopped
  • 350g fresh crab meat
  • 1 bird’s eye chilli, finely chopped

Spaghetti with crab, garlic & chilli


  1. Bring a large saucepan of water to the boil. Add pasta and cook for 8-10 minutes until al dente. Drain.
  2. Meanwhile, heat oil in a large frying pan, add shallots and garlic cooking for several minutes until tender. Add wine then stock and allow to reduce slightly. Pour in Bulla Cooking Cream and simmer for 3-4 minutes. Stir in herbs and season to taste.
  3. Add cooked pasta, crab meat and chilli to frying pan and toss to coat. Serve with additional herbs.
