Smashed Avocado and Cottage Cheese Toasts with Fresh Herbs
Ingredients
- 4 slices rye or brown bread
- 1-2 ripe avocados
- 200g Bulla Cottage Cheese, Original
- 2 Tbsp mint leaves
to serve
- micro herbs
- freshly ground black pepper & salt flakes
- lemon wedges
Cooking Directions
- Toast or grill bread slices until golden.
- Meanwhile, mash avocado flesh with a fork until chunky.
- Spread avocado over each piece of toast and top with dollops of Bulla Cottage Cheese Original.
- Sprinkle with mint leaves, micro herbs and seasoning. Accompany with a wedge of lemon.
