  • 300g cooked chicken, diced
  • 400g boiled potatoes, crushed
  • 200mL Bulla Crème Fraîche or as needed
  • 100mL Bulla Sour Cream
  • 5 Tbsp chopped chives
  • 5 Tbsp chopped mixed nuts (pecans, walnuts, almonds)
  • 1 Tbsp chopped dried raisins
  • 1 Tbsp chopped dried cranberries
  • freshly ground salt and pepper

Roasted Chicken & Creamy Potato Salad with Spiced Mix Nuts


  1. In a mixing bowl, lightly whisk the Bulla Crème Fraîche with Bulla Sour Cream until well combined.
  2. Add the other ingredients and toss lightly.
  3. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
