Roasted Chicken & Creamy Potato Salad with Spiced Mix Nuts

Ingredients

  • 300g cooked chicken, diced
  • 400g boiled potatoes, crushed
  • 200mL Bulla Crème Fraîche or as needed
  • 100mL Bulla Sour Cream
  • 5 Tbsp chopped chives
  • 5 Tbsp chopped mixed nuts (pecans, walnuts, almonds)
  • 1 Tbsp chopped dried raisins
  • 1 Tbsp chopped dried cranberries
  • freshly ground salt and pepper

Cooking Directions

  • In a mixing bowl, lightly whisk the Bulla Crème Fraîche with Bulla Sour Cream until well combined.
  • Add the other ingredients and toss lightly.
  • Season to taste with salt and pepper.
