Roast Beef Baguette
Ingredients
- 1 baguette
- 50g rocket leaves
- 200g Bulla Cottage Cheese Original
- 12 slices roast beef
- 80g roast capsicum
Cooking Directions
- Cut baguette into 4 even sized lengths and cut in half lengthways.
- Divide rocket between baguettes and top with dollops of Bulla Cottage Cheese Original.
- Layer beef slices and capsicum over Bulla Cottage Cheese Original. Season to taste.
