Protein Packed Breaky Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup crunchy granola
  • 1/2 cup Bulla Cottage Cheese, Original
  • 5 fresh strawberries, sliced into halves
  • 1/4 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 small banana, sliced finely
  • 8 almonds, raw
  • 1 Tbsp black chia seeds
  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup, for drizzling
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
to serve
  • fresh mint leaves

Cooking Directions

  • Place Bulla Cottage Cheese, Original and crunchy granola in a medium sized bowl.
  • Top with strawberries, blueberries, banana, almonds, black chia seeds and cinnamon.
  • Drizzle maple syrup on top and add fresh mint.
