Protein Packed Breaky Bowl
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup crunchy granola
- 1/2 cup Bulla Cottage Cheese, Original
- 5 fresh strawberries, sliced into halves
- 1/4 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 small banana, sliced finely
- 8 almonds, raw
- 1 Tbsp black chia seeds
- 1 Tbsp maple syrup, for drizzling
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
to serve
- fresh mint leaves
Cooking Directions
- Place Bulla Cottage Cheese, Original and crunchy granola in a medium sized bowl.
- Top with strawberries, blueberries, banana, almonds, black chia seeds and cinnamon.
- Drizzle maple syrup on top and add fresh mint.
