Individual Smashed Pavlovas

Ingredients

  • 300mL Bulla Thickened Cream
  • 1 store-bought pavlova base
  • 2 cups tropical fruit

Cooking Directions

  • Remove store bought Pavlova base from box.
  • Break the pavlova base into 8 individual serves.
  • Using a clean mixing bowl, whip the Bulla Thickened cream until it thickens.
  • Layer the pavlova, cream and tropical fruit into individual glasses.
  • Top with more tropical fruit to finish.
