  • 300mL Bulla Thickened Cream
  • 1 store bought pavlova base
  • 2 cups tropical fruit

Individual Smashed Pavlovas


  1. Remove store bought Pavlova base from box.
  2. Break the pavlova base into 8 individual serves.
  3. Using a clean mixing bowl, whip the Bulla Thickened cream until it thickens.
  4. Layer the pavlova, cream and tropical fruit into individual glasses.
  5. Top with more tropical fruit to finish.
