- 300mL Bulla Thickened Cream
- 1 store bought pavlova base
- 2 cups tropical fruit
Individual Smashed Pavlovas
- Remove store bought Pavlova base from box.
- Break the pavlova base into 8 individual serves.
- Using a clean mixing bowl, whip the Bulla Thickened cream until it thickens.
- Layer the pavlova, cream and tropical fruit into individual glasses.
- Top with more tropical fruit to finish.
