  • 200g Bulla Cottage Cheese, Original
  • 1 1/2 tsp unsweetened cacao powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp raw coconut sugar
  • 1/4 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 small banana, sliced
  • toasted coconut & cacao nibs, to serve

High Protein Cacao Mousse

method

  1. Add Bulla Cottage Cheese, Original, unsweetened cacao powder, lemon juice & coconut sugar to your food processor.
  2. Pulse until mixture is smooth & light.
  3. Once smooth and light add the mousse into a small bowl & top with banana, toasted coconut & cacao nibs.
