3 ripe nectarines
3 Tbsp brown sugar
500mL Bulla Creamy Classics Frozen Custard Classic
250g fresh raspberries
Grilled Nectarine Halves
Heat a lightly greased grill plate on medium heat and grill nectarine halves flesh side down for 3–5 minutes. Turn over the halves and sprinkle each with half of the brown sugar. Continue grilling further 3-5 or until nectarine is warmed through.
Place grilled nectarines on a serving platter and top each with a scoop of Bulla Creamy Classics Frozen Custard - Classic flavour. Top with a sprinkle of the remainder of the brown sugar and a few fresh raspberries. Serve immediately.
