Grilled Nectarine Halves with Murray Street Caramel Maple & Macadamia Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 3 ripe nectarines, halved and stones removed
  • 2 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tub Bulla Murray Street Caramel Maple & Macadamia Ice Cream (460mL)
TO SERVE
  • Maple syrup
  • Macadamias, chopped

Cooking Directions

  • Lightly grease a grill plate and heat over a medium heat.
  • Grill the nectarine halves flesh side down for 3-5 minutes, until grill lines appear.
  • Turnover and sprinkle over half the sugar and continue grilling until nectarines are warmed through.
  • To serve, place nectarines onto a serving platter, top with Bulla Murray Street Caramel Maple & Macadamia Ice Cream, sprinkle with remaining sugar, drizzle of maple syrup and a few crushed macadamias. Serve immediately.
