Greek Snack Potato Wedges
Ingredients
- 100mL Bulla Sour Cream
- 1 Tbsp mint or oregano, finely chopped
- 1 small Lebanese cucumber, seeded, diced
- 12 pitted black olives, halved
- 1/4 small red onion, diced
- 1 small green capsicum, diced
- 12 grape tomatoes, quartered
- 50g feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup mint leaves, chopped
- salt & pepper, to season
to serve

- Bulla Sour Cream
- fresh oregano or mint
Cooking Directions
- Place Bulla Sour Cream in a bowl and gently fold in mint or oregano. Season.
- Divide sour cream mixture evenly on top of four serving bowls filled with wedges, and top or layer with remaining ingredients in order of your choosing.
- Finish with a small dollop of Bulla Sour Cream and some fresh oregano or mint.
