Granola Crumble Crunch

Ingredients

  • 8 x 55g granola bars
  • 700mL Bulla Creamy Classics Ice Cream Vanilla & Boysenberry

Cooking Directions

  • Crumble the granola bars, leaving 2 whole.
  • To assemble, place a layer of the crumbed granola in the base of 6 serving glasses. Top with 2 scoops of Bulla Creamy Classics Ice Cream Vanilla & Boysenberry. Add another sprinkle of granola.
  • To serve, break the 2 whole bars in half and place 1 half on the top of each glass. Serve immediately.
