  • 1 store bought Pavlova Base
  • 600mL Bulla Thickened Cream
  • 2 green kiwi fruits, sliced into wedges
  • 2 golden kiwi fruits, sliced into wedges
  • 2 mandarins, peeled
  • 3-5 passionfruits

Citrus Pavlova

method

  1. Remove store bought Pavlova base from box.
  2. Peel and prepare the citrus fruits and put aside.
  3. Using a clean mixing bowl, whip the Bulla Thickened Cream for 90 seconds.
  4. Then spread cream over the pavlova base & place the citrus fruits to finish.
