Ingredients

  • 200g chocolate mud cake
  • 4 x 100g hollow chocolate Easter eggs
  • 1L Bulla Real Dairy Strawberries and Cream
  • sprinkles & mini chocolate eggs, to serve

Choc Egg Sundaes

method

  1. Divide the crumbled mud cake onto 4 serving plates, creating small mounds. This will help the egg base to stand on the plate.
  2. Using a warm knife, cut each Easter egg a third of the way down from the top in a zigzag pattern to create a ‘cracked’ look.
  3. To assemble, place the bases of the cracked Easter eggs on top of the cake mounds. Add mini scoops of Bulla Real Dairy Strawberries and Cream into the bases. Top with sprinkles and fill the top of the sundaes with mini chocolate eggs and also place some around the base. Serve immediately.
  4. Hint: Use any of your favourite Bulla Ice Cream flavours to create your own fun Easter sundaes!
