Cheesy Garlic Dip

Ingredients

  • 300mL Bulla Thickened Cream
  • 1/4 cup parmesan
  • 30g feta
  • 1 Tbsp parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 clove garlic, minced

Cooking Directions

  • Beat Bulla Thickened Cream until firm peaks form. Stir in parmesan, feta, parsley and garlic until well combined.
  • Spoon into serving bowl, sprinkle with additional parsley, parmesan and drizzle with olive oil. Accompany with bread, crackers and olives.
