  • 200mL Bulla Sour Cream
  • 2 Tbsp black tapenade
  • 1/2 red capsicum, roasted & cut into strips
  • sea salt & ground black pepper, to taste
  • to serve
  • fresh basil leaves
  • grissini or ciabatta bread

Black Tapenade Swirl Dip


  1. Spread sour cream over the base of a small serving plate or shallow bowl. Stir in tapenade until just swirled through Bulla Sour Cream.
  2. Top with roasted red capsicum and basil leaves. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Serve with grissini or ciabatta bread.
