Black Tapenade Swirl Dip

Ingredients

  • 200mL Bulla Sour Cream
  • 2 Tbsp black tapenade
  • 1/2 red capsicum, roasted & cut into strips
  • sea salt & ground black pepper, to taste
to serve
  • fresh basil leaves
  • grissini or ciabatta bread

Cooking Directions

  • Spread sour cream over the base of a small serving plate or shallow bowl. Stir in tapenade until just swirled through Bulla Sour Cream.
  • Top with roasted red capsicum and basil leaves. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Serve with grissini or ciabatta bread.
