Banana Mango Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup milk (of choice)
  • 1/4 cup Bulla Cottage Cheese, Original
  • 1/2 banana, chopped
  • 1 mango cheek, diced
  • 3 strawberries, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp chia seeds
  • ice cubes, optional
Optional
  • add ice cubes before blending if desired. Change the fruit and milk to suit your tastes.

Cooking Directions

  • Combine ingredients in a blender, and process until smooth.
  • Pour into serving glass and enjoy.
