Ingredients

  • 200mL Bulla Light Sour Cream
  • 1 avocado, roughly chopped
  • 2 Tbsp fresh coriander, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp rind of lime, finely grated
  • sea salt & ground black pepper, to taste

Avocado, Lime and Coriander Dip

method

  1. Place avocado, coriander, lime rind and Bulla Light Sour Cream in a bowl. Season to taste. Stir gently to combine.
  2. Serve immediately with crackers or fresh vegetable crudités.
  3. Tip: If making ahead of time, select a variety of avocado known as Shepherd, as they will not discolour on standing.
