Just when you think Bulla Murray Street ice cream couldn’t get any more delicious, they have – with the launch of the Kirsten Tibballs dessert inspired range of ice cream sticks.
Officially landing on supermarket shelves around the country on 16th October, the new collection of ice creams have been created in partnership with one of Australia’s most loved pastry chefs and Chocolate Queen Kirsten Tibballs. The result? The new Murray Street Ice Creamery range of irresistible dessert inspired ice cream. Sure to be a crowd-pleaser with flavours sophisticated enough to wow the most discerning of foodies, without compromising on the fun factor that kids love about an ice cream stick.
The three fruity dessert flavours are inspired by some of Kirsten’s most famous sweet treats, namely:
Lemon Meringue Tart inspired by her signature ‘Lemon Meringue Tart’ is a meringue flavoured ice cream swirled with lemon curd. Covered in creamy, lemon yellow-coloured chocolate with crunchy blonde biscuit pieces.
Passionfruit Panna Cotta inspired by her signature Passionfruit Panna Cotta is a creamy vanilla flavoured ice cream and passionfruit sauce with a hint of mango for sweetness. Covered in creamy sun yellow-coloured chocolate with a dash of passionfruit essence.
Berry Rebellion Tart inspired by her signature Berry Rebellion Tart is a creamy strawberry and vanilla flavoured ice cream marbled with a strawberry sauce in tribute to the marbled chocolate coating of Kirsten’s Berry Rebellion Tart. Covered in creamy pastel pink coloured chocolate, with crunchy blonde biscuit pieces.
True to the Murray Street Ice Creamery tradition, the Kirsten Tibballs collection has been crafted with fresh Australian milk, cream, and free-range egg yolk and then leveled up with the Chocolate Queen’s own incredible recipes – all designed to delight tastebuds and elevate the at-home ice cream experience.
