Grilled Nectarine Halves with Murray Street Caramel Maple & Macadamia Ice Cream
Ingredients
- 3 ripe nectarines, halved and stones removed
- 2 Tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tub Bulla Murray Street Caramel Maple & Macadamia Ice Cream (460mL)
TO SERVE
- Maple syrup
- Macadamias, chopped
Cooking Directions
- Lightly grease a grill plate and heat over a medium heat.
- Grill the nectarine halves flesh side down for 3-5 minutes, until grill lines appear.
- Turnover and sprinkle over half the sugar and continue grilling until nectarines are warmed through.
- To serve, place nectarines onto a serving platter, top with Bulla Murray Street Caramel Maple & Macadamia Ice Cream, sprinkle with remaining sugar, drizzle of maple syrup and a few crushed macadamias. Serve immediately.
