Cheese toast with pear, walnut & honey
Ingredients
- 4 thick cut slices multigrain bread
- 40g rocket leaves, washed
- 200g Bulla Cottage Cheese, Original
- 1/2 ripe pear, cored and finely sliced
- 1 Tbsp walnuts, toasted and chopped
- honey, for drizzling
- freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Cooking Directions
- Toast bread until golden on both sides.
- Top each slice of toast with rocket leaves and dollops of Bulla Cottage Cheese, Original.
- Finish with pear slices, walnuts and a drizzle of honey. Season with pepper and enjoy
