Soak the rice overnight in cold water. Drain and rinse well. Place into a steamer and cook for approx. 20 minutes or until rice is tender.
Meanwhile combine the coconut milk and sugar in a small saucepan and heat until sugar has dissolved.
Stir into the cooked rice with the Bulla Cottage Cheese, Original. Chill until required.

To serve, spoon chilled rice into serving bowls, drizzle with sauce, dollop with spoonfuls of Bulla Cottage Cheese, Original and finish with mango, strawberries and sesame seeds.
