Guacamole Baked Tostadas
Ingredients
- 8 small tortillas
- 2 medium avocados, mashed
- 200g Bulla Cottage Cheese, Original
- 2 roma tomatoes, diced
- juice of 1 lime
- 2 Tbsp fresh coriander
- 1 tsp cooking salt
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp cracked pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 cup cabbage, sliced
- 1/2 cup tasty cheese, grated
to serve
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
- salt & pepper, to taste

Cooking Directions
- For the tostadas, Preheat oven to 180C degrees.
- Line 2 baking trays with baking paper and place 8 tortillas on trays.
- Brush tortillas liberally with olive oil.
- Place trays in oven and bake on 180C degrees for approx. 8 minutes or until golden and crisp.
- Remove from over and place on a board ready to dress.
- To make the guacamole, Add Bulla Cottage Cheese, Original, avocado, lime juice, coriander, paprika, garlic powder, cumin, cracked pepper and salt to food processor. Pulse until guacamole is mixed but still thick in consistency. Place in serving bowling.
- Add tomatoes to serving bowl with the guacamole and use a spoon to gently fold the tomatoes through the guacamole.
- Add approx. 2-3 Tbsp of the guacamole to each tostada and top with a sprinkle of cabbage & grate cheese.
- Squeeze wedge of lime over the tostada, season to taste and enjoy!
